This agreement is between First Net Web ("We") and the user ("You") of First Net Web services. It applies to the person or persons making the purchase as well as their heirs, agents, and contractors and is effective at the time of payment. Payment for services is an acknowledgement that this agreement has been read and understood.

You agree to pay First Net Web at the time service is provided. Payment is to be made by credit card, PayPal, or check, and is non-refundable. If for any reason We are unable to charge your credit card or PayPal account with the full amount owed, or if First Net Web is charged back for any amounts charged to the credit card or PayPal account, First Net Web may pursue all available remedies for payment. If a check does not clear your account, First Net Web will charge a $50 check handling fee in addition to pursuing all available remedies for payment.

We reserve the right to review, at our own discretion, materials written, sent, stored, or otherwise processed under Your account. We reserve the right to terminate an account at any time and without notice.

Accounts may not be used for any purpose that is unlawful. We reserve the right to disclose any information to meet any law, regulation, legal process or governmental request. Accounts may not be used for activities that are abusive to others. These activities include harassment, threats, slander, and libel as well as acts that my be questionable in relation to minors. Accounts may not be used for spam, the distribution of unsolicited materials to others.

Your account records should be accurate and current. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account information. You also assume sole responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

You agree that We will not be liable for any loss that You incur as a result of unauthorized access to your account. You agree that We will not be liable for any losses, damages or costs, including reasonable attorney's fees, resulting from any claim, action, proceeding, suit or demand arising out of or related in any way to your account with First Net Web.

You may cancel any and all services at any time by calling First Net Web at (678) 921-2828. After verifying that You are the authorized account owner, all services and billing will terminate at the end of the current billing cycle. You are responsible for backing up, or making copies, of all files associated with the services You were using; First Net Web will not be responsible for recovering any files purged after services are terminated.
